For the staff portraits, I initially planned on taking two of each staff member, one which was more fun and would be fun into a large photo grid to displayed in the center (Pete - the picture framer who does sessions with the girls on Friday mornings kindly offered to provide me with materials and tuition to create my own) These pictures are something we have discussed and decided to do as my placement continues over the summer as there was many to capture. I have got a large portion of the staff done, however there are still some members who only attend when required (example the interpreters who attend when a foreign service user needs help) so the rest of these will also be continually collected over the coming weeks. Above you can see, all the full time members of staff are now complete. I have given a few formats for each image to suite the various formats they need them for.
To get these images I utilised a plain white wall in the center and using lighting and a shallow depth of field managed to avoid getting any of the marks and scuffs in the images.
Considering the time I had to get each one, and the fact that they were all taken over a few days, I think they are consistent and look professional and suitable for their intended purpose.
